Use TakeoffSprint as a review tool.

TakeoffSprint provides a browser workspace and an optional done-for-you quantity takeoff service. Both produce preliminary quantities for your review. Neither is a complete estimate, bid, engineering determination, or construction instruction.

Your review is required

You are responsible for verifying scale, quantities, drawing revisions, specifications, scope, units, assumptions, exclusions, and delivered or exported data before bidding, purchasing, fabrication, or construction. TakeoffSprint does not guarantee an award, bid result, profit, savings, or any other business or construction outcome.

Done-for-you Takeoff Sprint

The $349 pilot service is available only after TakeoffSprint confirms that a project is eligible. The fee covers only the project scope TakeoffSprint confirms in writing before checkout. Revised drawings, addenda, additional trades or sheets, pricing, labor, estimating, scope interpretation, and other work outside that written confirmation are not included and may require a separate quote.

You must provide accessible plan files or working share links, identify the requested trade and scope, disclose relevant revisions and specifications, and confirm the written scope. Our delivery target is three business days after payment and after all required, accessible inputs have been received. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline; we will tell you if a project requires different timing.

The service provides quantity takeoff information only. It does not provide material prices, labor costs, a complete estimate, bid advice, professional design advice, or a recommendation about whether or how much to bid.

Corrections

You may submit one consolidated request to correct a measurement error within seven calendar days after delivery. The correction request does not cover new or revised plans, addenda, changed specifications, additional scope, pricing or labor, or preferences that were not part of the confirmed scope.

Plan and input limitations

Plan quality, missing or inaccessible information, scale, calibration, customer input, software limitations, drawing conflicts, and drawing changes can cause omissions or errors. If TakeoffSprint rejects a paid project before work begins, we will refund the $349 service fee in full. Otherwise, payment covers the work performed for the confirmed scope and is not conditioned on a bid or project outcome.

Acceptable use

Use only files you are authorized to review. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Browser workspace

The free preview permits up to five marks on the first sheet of one locally saved plan. The $149 pilot purchase provides 30 days of access to one complete, multi-sheet project workspace in the browser used to complete checkout, including unlimited marks within reasonable browser limits and draft CSV export. There is no automatic subscription or renewal. Features, pricing, limits, and availability may change during early access.

Payments and support

Payments are processed by Stripe under TakeoffSprint's legal merchant account, Ablon Group, LLC. The $149 browser workspace and the $349 done-for-you service are separate purchases, and applicable tax may be added at checkout. If the paid browser workspace is not right for your workflow, use the support form within seven calendar days of purchase for a refund of that workspace fee. Use the same form for service scope, access, delivery, correction, or payment questions.
